We now require that Parents / Guardians create an account in order to complete Student Transfer Requests.

Option #1
If this is your first visit:

  2. Complete the Guardian Demographic Questionnaire
  3. Login to the Family Dashboard
  4. Add your student(s) to your Family Dashboard Account
  5. Complete Student Transfer Requests

If you already have an account:

  1. Login to the Family Dashboard
  2. Complete Student Transfer Requests

Note Student must be enrolled in CCPS in their districted school and have an active Student ID# prior to submitting a transfer request.
